Williamstown Steps

A great site when North winds are blowing across Port Phillip Bay. Park on the corner of the Esplanade and Hannan Street Williamstown and walk across Gloucester Reserve. Steps can be slippery so take you time, maybe ask a buddy to help you. The Steps can be used at both High and Low Tide. Once in the water head out in a SSE Direction, you will cross over two or three reefs down to 6 metres. Site has small Nudibranchs, Shrimps and variety of small fishes great for photography. During the cooler months Schnapper and Dusky Morwongs will be seen.

Underwater ,we are all the same…..
